On April 28, 2025, the office of the New York State Attorney General presented a webinar on “Helping Nonprofits Navigate Evolving Issues in the Sector: Meeting the challenges of a changing landscape,” designed to help New York nonprofits with governance and compliance as they adjust to a rapidly changing environment. The webinar discussed the challenges posed by recent federal Executive Orders and provided guidance to charities as they continue to make their important contributions to the state.
