Financial Report

If you are a current grantee, use this form to report on the income and expenses of your organization's project or program grant. It may be used to accompany the Grant Report at either the progress report or final report stage of a project grant.

You may also, but are not required to, use this form to provide a financial accounting of a mini-grant, along with the Mini-Grant Final Report (for either a Consultancy or Training mini-grant). General operating support grantees should refer to their grant agreement for reporting requirements.

We prefer that this report show revenue and expense for the entire project, rather than just Dyson Foundation funds. If you already prepare a program projected-to-actuals report that approximates this format, you may submit that instead of this form.
